Tell us what's going on, your city or neighborhood, and whether you'd rather we follow up in English or Spanish.
We serve Santa Ana's neighborhoods and a growing list of central Orange County cities. See our full Service Areas page to confirm we cover yours. If you'd rather read before you call, our answers to the questions homeowners ask most cover pricing, guarantees, timing and what a visit involves.
A visit, not an estimate over the phone. A technician arrives with the equipment needed to find the problem without opening anything up, and the fee is flat, quoted when you book, and not revised on the doorstep.
If we genuinely cannot find it, there is nothing to pay for the visit. If a repair is needed, it comes as a firm written quote afterwards, never before. What happens on a visit covers the equipment and the timing in full.
After you submit the form, we'll follow up to confirm the details and book your visit. The fee is a flat $150 to $500, credited toward the repair if you move forward.
If we can't locate your leak, there's no detection fee, and every repair we complete is backed by a 2-year workmanship warranty. See our full Guarantees & Warranties page for the complete detail.

Ana Reyes, our Office Manager and Dispatch, takes most calls, in Spanish or English. She has 10+ years in scheduling and dispatch, and she books the visit and follows up afterwards. After hours, the 24/7 emergency line reaches our on-call technician.
