Leak Detection Santa Ana launched in 2026 and deliberately built its trust on named, specialized technicians and stated guarantees rather than a review count that, for a brand-new business, wouldn’t yet be meaningful. Meet the team on our About page. (David Herrera)

Our Services

A slab leak is a leak in the water lines running underneath a concrete foundation slab. See our full slab leak detection and repair page for signs, causes, and repair options. (David Herrera)

It depends on the severity. A slow leak may not be. A fast-developing one causes real damage the longer it runs. See what is a slab leak for how to tell the difference. (David Herrera)

Mainly three tools. Acoustic listening equipment picks up the sound of water escaping a pressurised line and follows it to its loudest point. Thermal imaging reads the temperature difference escaping water leaves in a floor, wall, or ceiling. A video camera inspection is used where the suspect line is a drain or sewer rather than a supply line. Where those leave doubt, pressure testing isolates individual lines. (David Herrera)

No. We detect and repair leaks from existing water heaters; we don’t install or swap out units. See our water heater leak detection page for what we do cover. (Miguel Torres)

It can lead to water damage and, in some cases, safety concerns depending on the cause, so it’s worth having it checked rather than waiting. See our water heater leak detection page for more. (Miguel Torres)

Yes. We use video camera inspection to locate sewer line leaks and blockages without digging first. See our sewer line leak detection page. (Miguel Torres)

Yes, in both PEX and copper, for homes ready to replace aging pipe rather than continue patching it. See our whole-house repipe page. (Carlos Mendez)

Yes. We use pressure testing and other non-invasive methods to find pool and spa leaks. See our pool leak detection page. (Miguel Torres)

Insurance & Documentation

It depends on your carrier and the specific circumstances, particularly the sudden-versus-gradual distinction most policies apply. We provide the documentation, photos, and repair notes, that support a claim, but we don’t promise a specific coverage outcome or payout; that decision belongs to your insurance carrier. See our does insurance cover a slab leak page for the full explanation. (Kevin Nguyen)
