If our technician can't locate the leak during your paid detection visit, you don't pay a detection fee. This guarantee covers the detection call itself. If we do find the leak and you choose to have us repair it, the detection fee you already paid is credited toward that repair, it isn't charged twice, and it isn't refunded separately if you proceed with the repair. The credit only applies to the detection visit; it doesn't extend to the repair's own cost beyond that credit.
Every leak repair we complete is covered by a 2-year workmanship warranty. If the specific repair we performed fails within that window due to our workmanship, we return and make it right at no additional charge. This warranty covers our repair work specifically; it does not cover unrelated, pre-existing plumbing issues elsewhere in your home that had nothing to do with the repair we performed. A detection visit is non-invasive: acoustic listening, thermal imaging, and a video camera inspection where a drain or sewer line is the suspect. Nothing is opened up to go looking.
